What is Gouri?

GOURI is an antiaging injection for the entire face containing the unique PCL (polycaprolactone) which is soluble,  biodegradable and biocompatible with our skin. It utilises a unique 5 point-injection technique and works by naturally spreading on the entire face and stimulating collagen throughout. The benefits will be younger-looking skin, improved skin elasticity and wrinkles, firming and increased skin density.

How does Gouri work?

GOURI is easily absorbed into the skin after injection. It transforms the skin into a three-dimensional matrix and encourages fibroblasts to form new collagen thereby improving skin elasticity and hence a facelift effect.

What are the main benefits of GOURI?

GOURI is the 1st liquid type PCL (polycaprolactone) injectable. GOURI rejuvenates our skin by promoting collagenesis on the entire face. Spreading naturally on the entire face, GOURI generates collagen synthesis which has decreased due to the skin-ageing.

How long does it take to see results after treatment?

Results can be usually seen within 1-2 weeks.

What is the difference between GOURI and other high polymer products?

Gouri is different from other high polymer products. Other products such as Sculptra or Ellanse are not fully liquid. Sculptra or Ellanse are formed by mixing high polymer material powder (such as PCL and PLLA) with liquid saline or CMC gel. As a result, The effects are only on the areas of injections and once injected they cannot be dissolved. There is also a  risk of overcorrection when too much of material is injected.

On the other hand, GOURI is fully liquid and spreads out into the entire face.

How often is Gouri done?

The recommendation is  3 sessions with a 4 weekly interval. After the 3rd session, additional 1 or 2 sessions can be done within 3-6 months for maintenance.
